5 Steps to Risk Assessment
Fall hazard was identified at the Centre for Academic Information Services (CAIS), Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) dome.

Working at Height
Work at height means working in a place (except a staircase in a permanent workplace) where a person could be injured by falling from it, even if it is at or below ground level.
Fall Hazards Recognition
It takes most people about 1/3 of a second to become aware of a fall. It takes another 1/3 of a second for the body to react. A person can fall up to 7 feet in 2/3 of a second.

Falling Object Hazard Recognition
The most common injuries workers suffer from falling objects are bruises, fractures, strains, and sprains. The objects that commonly fall range from large items such as roof trusses and steel beams to small items such as fasteners and small hand tools.
